The thing is I never said it wasn't an rp server, just that it wasn't as rp as servers like RISE were and never has been.

I think you new players forget that you come from servers like RISE and don't realize this server has never actually been a proper ROLEPLAY server. Yes, there have been those "Immersive RP moments" but in the end, this never will and never has been a real RP server. Also, I don't think to compare this server with a domination server that rarely peeks 20 players counts. Adding a ranking/whitelist is only a detriment.

I've also noticed a lot of you newer players always want to compare this server to RISE and similar communities etc. Guess what happened, they're completely dead. We aren't. Checkmate.

Honestly not sure why people still thinking a ranking system+whitelist will instantly fix everything. Sure it's cool on arma 3 but that's about it. Arma 2 it'll just kill what's left of the server and waste time.

Honestly, VIP weapons aren't that much better to what's already available to other factions. The only weapon I'd really consider "OP" is the metis because it's insta lockon 2k+ range. But that's about it and most people don't even like thermal scopes.

If you were around during the DNICE days where we got 1 mil paychecks+100k, I'd understand where you're from.

This is really just a duplicate thread of all the current ones asking for the same thing, and they're all from newer players who have come from more RP friendly servers I've noticed.

I've used this gun and fought against it. It's not overpowered at all, like any gun if used correctly by the right person can cause havoc otherwise it's mediocre at best. There'll be rare chances where you'll be able to even use the aa-12 on an abrams or any other heavy vehicle.
