Your ban reason will be listed as Captain | Fail RP/Staff Abuse | 7 D. Regarding the original reason you were banned, I do agree that, that specific reason was unjust. However, the video evidence shows that you still broke server rules. By jumping into someone's humvee out of nowhere you committed fail RP. In a real-life situation or even in an RP situation you shouldn't be allowed to jump into an armed humvee and then use it whether it was the owner's fault for having it unlocked or not. Reasoning The video evidence you yourself have posted has shown how toxic you can be as a player along with past issues. Instead of being a mature player and disagreeing with the staff member about why you were being banned you proceeded to say things quoted as "Your like a kid, how did a kid become moderator except suck somebody's dick" "Youll probably be gone within a month". You have been banned previously and received multiple verbal warnings and strikes for a variety of offenses. Recommendation Grow up and show some maturity on issues even when you feel like someone else is in the wrong. Personal Note: Honestly, I can't tell if you are being a troll right now or not. The fact that you would post yourself being extremely toxic and outright flaming a staff member without warrant baffles me. You may reapply on March 10th (7 days). You didn't state whether you thought the ban was justified or not but I can only assume you think it wasn't. You hardly put in any effort or thought into what you can do to improve considering this isn't your first ban. You left out many, many details. The following is a case report following your ban. If you could explain or would like to argue against any of this please feel free to do so as it might help your appeal. --Having dealt with several issues in the evening with Old Days for RDM cases and trolling, I gave him the ultimatum to upload a video he swore he had. For a previous case where all evidence points to RDM and killing in a safe zone where the only chance he had to prove otherwise against overwhelming evidence was a video, he failed to provide.Half an hour later I watched him and Oliver on admin cam as they ran into people, jumped out and shot at the cops without declaring terror. They then pulled into Rasman, RDM'd a PMC and Civ under the guise of a robbery. They typed a robbery messaged and the very second opened fire on the civ and PMC with a .50cal machine gun.Pulled him into teamspeak just as he got killed in Rasman during this incident, he typed in teamspeak the moment he was brought on in and immediately stopped replying as I asked him about the incident.Throughout his crime spree, he would use von to tease people he had RDM'd, with some unpleasant and damn right distasteful comments.He chose to ignore the entire time so with everything that happened, with his strike's for RDM and VDM I took the decision of banning himShortly after he "Returned" he was pulled into a support room where he claimed to be afk eating during the incident. He went on to refer to staff as "kids" claimed that he would not be banned for long and then proceeded to call me an asshole.--

-1 Due to the nature of your ban on TLX (even after being warned before hand), as well as personal experience handling you in help rooms or being around you in-game I can not give you a +1. Having multiple VAC bans around the same time you started playing on TLX also doesn't help. Would be awesome if you could go into more detail about this. Even if it was a short-term position.

+1 Very friendly, mature, and has common sense However, I would like to see more on this application. It is very vague and if I did not have past experience talking with you I would not be giving this application a +1.

+1 I agree that even staff should be in respective faction channels if they are actually playing. However, a lot of times staff will just load into a faction to deal with player issues. This is why the rule excludes staff (could be wrong).

Including verbal warnings from me to not use certain types of offensive words in the TLX community. You have played on here long enough to understand these most basic rules. It shouldn't be hard not to say or scream the N-word while playing the game. Your responses on this ban appeal shows that you have put hardly any effort into why you should be unbanned. As well as claiming the banning staff member purchased his rank. (Personal Note) Maybe i'm wrong but I do believe you have been banned previously. The only reason I can not confirm it is because it was before we switched to our new RCON. You may re-appeal in 30 days (March 26th). The reason you were probably banned when you joined the server was because you broke the rules on TS3 server. If you were using racist language on the TS3 then you will be banned in-game as well. You have also repeatedly used offensive language in-game so it doesn't even matter. This thread will be locked to prevent further responses.

Reasoning 1) As Gio has stated, you have been banned multiple times in the past for staff disrespect, trolling again, racist or homophobic slurs among other things. You would think you would've learned by now..... 2) Again as Gio has stated and shown. You not only are toxic but are a complete racist. Even as staff have given you warnings and even banned you before, you continue to be a horrible player not only to the TLX staff but the entire community. You may re-appeal on March 25th (30 days). As of now you are only banned on the TLX Arma 2 server, you may use our other services such as our website, discord, or TS3. Reasoning 1) You have received 2 strikes on your account before this 3rd offense happened. You should know these basic rules by now because in addition to the strikes you have received verbal warnings from staff. 2) You lied to the staff member handling the case claiming you did NOT steal the car. The only reason we found out is because a staff member went and checked the in-game vehicle number with your civ number. This thread will be locked to prevent further responses.
