    As you know president can change laws.. So if there is a criminal president, he changes the law about drug to #All drugs are legal. I think this is not fair. after that when armed security stuff shoot or arrest them, they would save them with ''its legal.so u cannot do that.'' Plz warn people about that. Any president cant change illegal to legal.
